41. In paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 1 to the Access to Justice Act 1999(1) (Legal Services Commission - Tenure of members), after “creditors” insert “or has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him”.
