40.  In paragraph 1(6)(a) of Schedule 1 to the National Minimum Wage Act 1998(1) (Low Pay Commission – membership), after “bankrupt,” insert “has had a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986),”.
