EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke and replace with amendments the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/814).
These Regulations list authorised fuels for the purposes of Part 3 of the Clean Air Act 1993. Three additional fuels are authorised and have been inserted into the Schedule.
A full impact assessment has not been produced as no impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.
