In articles 8, 10, 12, 14 and 15—

• “the 2006 Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006;

• “the 2007 Order” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007;

• “ISA” means the Independent Safeguarding Authority.
