ENERGY CONSERVATION

These Regulations, which apply to Great Britain, establish elements of the framework for the Green Deal energy efficiency scheme which was created by Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Energy Act 2011 (c. 16.) (“the Act”).

Eligible complaints – breach of the disclosure and acknowledgment provisions56

An eligible complaint in respect of a breach of the disclosure and acknowledgment provisions is a complaint—

a

by the recipient to the green deal provider; and

b

which the provider is required to handle under the code of practice.
