Amendment of the Savings Certificates Regulations 199114
In regulation 13 (transfers and addition of names), in paragraph (3)—
a
for “a written application” substitute “an application”; and
b
after “except where the Director of Savings otherwise directs” insert “or the certificate is not issued in documentary form”.
