Coming into force in accordance with the Resolution
Resolved, pursuant to section 3 of the House of Commons Members’ Fund Act 19481 and section 2 of the House of Commons Members’ Fund and Parliamentary Pensions Act 19812, that the following shall be substituted for paragraph (6) of the Resolution of this House of 7 March 20053 with effect from April 2012:

the relevant percentage to be applied each April is the percentage applied for the purposes of Part I of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 in respect of that April
