The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 48(2) of, and paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 to, the Flood and Water Management Act 2010(1), makes the following Regulations.
2010 c. 29. Paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 confers powers on “the Minister”, and paragraph 17 of Schedule 1 to that Act defines “the Minister” for the purposes of that Schedule.
