2. In this Order —
(a)“the new trunk road” means the new highway which the Secretary of State proposes to construct referred to in article 2(2)(a) of the A453 Birmingham to Nottingham Trunk Road (M1 Junction 24 to A52 Nottingham Improvement and Slip Roads) Order 2012(1);
(b)“the trunk road” means the A453 Birmingham to Nottingham Trunk Road (M1 Junction 24 to A52 Nottingham)
