The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984(1) and section 241 of the Local Government Act 1972(2).
The Secretary of State has given the notices required by sections 2 and 4 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 and has not received any notice of objection.
