Amendments to the Police Regulations 2003

5.—(1) In the provisions listed in paragraph (2), for “authority” substitute “body”.

(2) Those provisions are—

(a) regulation 5(4)(a);

(b) regulation 7(5A);

(c) regulation 14(a).
