SCHEDULE 2 Further modifications having effect until the coming into force of section 1of the 2011 Act

47.  Paragraph 163(2) of Schedule 16 has the effect of inserting the new paragraph (aa) (and not paragraph (ab)) in section 67(4) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984(1) after the existing paragraph (a) (which remains as before).
