SCHEDULE 2 Further modifications having effect until the coming into force of section 1of the 2011 Act

45.  Paragraph 157 of Schedule 16 has the effect of substituting section 41(13)(caa) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982(1) (and not section 41(13)(ca)).
