Transitional provisions in relation to the accounts of the Metropolitan Police Authority

4.  Regulations 7 and 8 of the Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2011(1) shall not apply to the Metropolitan Police Authority in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2011.
