Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) (Amendment) (England and Wales) (No.2) Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.
