3. For regulation 7(3)(a) of the Energy Information Regulations 2011(1) substitute—
“(a)make the documentation available for inspection purposes when placing a product on the market or putting it into service, and keep the documentation available until at least 5 years after the date the last product concerned was manufactured”.
