48.  In regulation 1(2) of the NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) Regulations 2005(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “health service body”—

(a) after “Scottish Health Service” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”;

(b) after “sections 4, 10” insert “, 10A”.
