Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 14th November 2011.

2. In articles 2(1) and 3(1) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Responsible Authorities) Order 2008(1) for “conferred by sections 6 to 7” substitute “conferred by or under section 6 or by section 7”.
