2.—(1) In this Order “the principal Order” means The Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2003(1).
(2) In article 4 of the principal Order the definition of “restricted goods” is replaced by the following definition:
““restricted goods” means the goods, software and technology specified in Schedule 2 to the Export Control Order 2008(2);”
S.I.2008/3231, Schedule 2 was substituted by S.I.2010/2007; there are other amending instruments but none are relevant. .
