Section 122(1B)(b) (breach of foreign travel order) of the Sexual Offences Act 20037 shall extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.

Paragraph 44A of Schedule 3 (list of sexual offences for the purposes of Part 2) to the Sexual Offences Act 20038 shall extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
