The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 126, 129 and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 2006(1).

2006 c. 41. Section 129 has been amended by S.I. 2010/231 (the amendments made by the Health Act 2009 (c. 21), section 26, are not yet in force). See section 275(1) of the 2006 Act, which contains definitions of “prescribed” and “regulations” that are relevant to the powers being exercised.
