Authorisations

6.  In the Table in regulation 12(1), after the row containing the entry for the Secretary of State for Defence, insert—

“The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change

The carriage is national carriage and the authorisation relates to prohibitions and requirements arising out of functions for which the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change is the GB competent authority.”
