Where the Secretary of State withdraws approval from a school under regulation 4(1), the Secretary of State’s decision to withdraw approval does not have effect during the period in which an appeal against the decision could be brought or, where an appeal has been brought, the appeal has not been determined, withdrawn or otherwise disposed of.
