2. At the end of the definition of “Community judgment” in article 2(1) of the European Communities (Enforcement of Community Judgments) Order 1972(1), insert “or Article 36a or 36b of Regulation (EC) No. 1060/2009 of the Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies(2)”.
