The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1).

This Order is made with the consent of the further education corporation established to conduct South Nottingham College(2). It is made for the purpose of giving effect to a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation established to conduct Castle College, Nottingham(3) (“the corporation”) made by the Chief Executive of Skills Funding. The Secretary of State has consulted the corporation and the YPLA.
