Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 32 and 34(3) of the Extradition Act 19891, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 3) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 8th July 2011.
Amendment of an instrument2
Schedule 1 to the Extradition (Overseas Territories) Order 20022 is amended by replacing the words “St Helena and St Helena Dependencies” with the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
