A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
The Secretary of State is a Minister designated2 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to discrimination.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, makes the following Regulations.
