The Export of Objects of Cultural Interest (Control) Order 2003 M1 is amended as follows.

In Article 1(2)—
a
omit the definition of “Community Licence”, and
b
after the definition of “exportation” insert—
“EU Licence” means an authorisation granted by the Secretary of State (whether before or after commencement of this Order) under the Regulation;
