24.  In section 43 (criminal statistics)—

(a) in subsection (1) for “Secretary of State” (wherever occurring) substitute “Department of Justice”; and

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”,

(ii) for “him” substitute “it”, and

(iii) for “he” substitute “it”.
