29.—(1) Amend the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008(1) as follows.U.K.
(2) In Article 80 (orders)—
(a)omit paragraph (1);
(b)for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) Orders under this Order (except an order under Article 1(3)) shall be subject to negative resolution.”
