175. In paragraph 15, in the inserted paragraph 14E of Schedule 15 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004(1)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (2) for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “Department of Justice”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (4) for the words from “annulment” to “accordingly” substitute “negative resolution (within the meaning of section 41(6) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2))”.
