In section 6A(1) (demotion of assured tenancy because of anti-social behaviour) after “if” insert—

a
the landlord is a non-profit registered provider of social housing,
b
the landlord is a profit-making registered provider of social housing and the dwelling-house let on the tenancy is social housing within the meaning of Part 2 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, or
c
