The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 161(3) and (4), 167 and 170(3) and (4) of the Health and Social Care Act 20081. The Secretary of State has consulted the Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 172(3) of that Act2.
