In section 118 (evidence of identity)—

in subsection (1) omit “or 120”;

after subsection (2) insert—

For the purpose of applications from persons resident in Jersey, “prescribed” in subsection (2)(a) and (b) means prescribed by Order of the Minister for Home Affairs.

after subsection (2A)(d) insert—

by the Jersey Passport Office;

by a Parish authority or by the States of Jersey for the purposes of the licensing and registration of motorists and motor vehicles;

by the Social Security Department of the States of Jersey in connection with keeping records of social security numbers;
