Section 5(1) of the House of Commons Disqualification Act 19751 enables Her Majesty in Council to amend Schedule 1 to that Act in accordance with a resolution of the House of Commons.
On 10th February 2010 it was resolved by the House of Commons that Schedule 1 to that Act be amended.
Accordingly, Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5(1) of that Act and in accordance with the resolution of the House of Commons, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
