DATA PROTECTION

This Order brings provisions of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 into force. The provisions set out in article 2 come into force on 23 March 2010. The provisions set out in article 3 come into force on 1 April 2010. The provision set out in article 4 comes into force on 6 April 2010.
