SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS TO THE PRINCIPAL RULES

36.  After Rule 1.30(2) insert—

“(2A) In addition to the standard content, notices published under paragraph (2) must state—

(a) the nature of the business of the company;

(b) that a moratorium under section 1A(1) has come into force; and

(c) the date upon which the moratorium came into force.”.
