295.—(1) Rule 5.60 (other matters arising on annulments) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (3) insert—
“(3A) In addition to the standard contents, the notice under paragraph (3) must state—
(a)the name of the former bankrupt;
(b)the date on which the bankruptcy order was made;
(c)that the bankruptcy order has been annulled;
(d)the date of the annulling order; and
(e)the grounds of the annulment.”.
