Amendments to Rule 3.11120

Rule 3.11 (voting rights) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(a), for “the following provisions of” substitute “Rule 3.12 or”.

At the end of paragraph (1), after (not as part of) sub-paragraph (b), add—
and details of the debt must include any calculation for the purposes of paragraphs (6) and (7).

After paragraph (5) insert—

No vote may be cast by virtue of a claim more than once on any resolution put to the meeting.

In paragraph (7)(b), after “vote” insert “(but not for dividend)”.
