2.—(1) The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the first row of the table in paragraph 1(2) of Section 2 of Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 (storage limit in relation to waste oils) for “400 cubic metres” substitute “3 cubic metres”.
