In article 2 of the Water Protection Zone (River Dee Catchment) Designation Order 1999 (interpretation)(1), in paragraph (ii) of the definition of “controlled substance”, for “section 2 of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993” substitute “Schedule 23 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”.
