14. In section 43A(4)(h) of the Finance Act 1996 (contaminated land)(1), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”.

1996 c. 8. Section 43A was inserted by S.I. 1996/1529, amended by S.I. 2000/1973 and 2005/3226 and substituted by S.I. 2007/3538, Schedule 21, paragraph 25. It has been prospectively repealed by S.I. 2008/2669, with the repeal to come into force on 1st April 2012.
