35. In regulation 2(2) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for each reference to “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”.
