11. In article 3(1) of the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Measures) (Penalty Notices) Order 2008(1), replace the definition of “authorised officer” with—
““authorised officer” means a person—
who by virtue of section 7 of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 is a British sea-fishery officer,
who has been appointed a fishery officer under section 10 of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966, or
who has been appointed as a marine enforcement officer under section 235 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009;”.
