(a)may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Variation of Schedule 9) (England and Wales) Order 2010:

(b)comes into force on 6th April 2010; and

(c)extends to England and Wales only.

2.—(1) Schedule 9 (animals and plants to which section 14 applies)(1) to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 is varied as follows.

(2) Add the following animals to Part 1 (animals which are established in the wild) —
