11. The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 M1 applies as if the reference to the district council in the final paragraph of the notification set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to that Order (notification to be sent to applicant on refusal of planning permission or on the grant of permission subject to conditions) were, where the land is situated in the National Park, a reference to the Authority.E+W
