Their Lordships make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34C(2)(c), 34D(2)(c) and (3), 34F(2), 34G(1) and 34K(1)(c) of the Medical Act 1983(1).
1983 c.54. Sections 34C to 34O are inserted by S.I.2010/234, article 4 and Schedule 1, paragraph 10.
