SCHEDULE CHANGE OF NAME OF RAIL PASSENGERS’ COUNCIL: CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

PART 1 AMENDMENTS TO PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Public Records Act 1958 (c. 51)

1.—(1) In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 is amended as follows.

(2) At the appropriate place insert—

“Passengers’ Council.”.

(3) Omit the entry for the Rail Passengers’ Council(1).
