1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2010.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 April 2010 and, subject to paragraph (3), have effect from that date.
(3) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 has effect from 1st April 2004 until 30th September 2006(1).
(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
2.—(1) Schedule 1 (which makes amendments to the Police Pensions Regulations 1987(2)) has effect.
(2) Schedule 2 (which amends references to the Government Actuary in the Police Pensions Regulations 1987) has effect.
(3) Schedule 3 (which makes amendments to the Police Pensions Regulations 2006(3)) has effect.
(4) Schedule 4 (which makes amendments to the Police (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006(4)) has effect.
