These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations come into force on 1 April 2010 and, subject to paragraph (3), have effect from that date.

Paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 has effect from 1st April 2004 until 30th September 20064.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Schedule 1 (which makes amendments to the Police Pensions Regulations 19875) has effect.

Schedule 2 (which amends references to the Government Actuary in the Police Pensions Regulations 1987) has effect.

Schedule 3 (which makes amendments to the Police Pensions Regulations 20066) has effect.

Schedule 4 (which makes amendments to the Police (Injury Benefit) Regulations 20067) has effect.
